Participant Obligations
Participants agree to:
- Attend all scheduled training sessions punctually
- Complete any pre-course assignments or assessments
- Respect instructors, fellow participants, and training facilities
- Comply with course rules and code of conduct
- Not record, photograph, or share course content without written permission
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary training materials
Certificates and Credentials
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements
- Certificate requirements may include attendance, assessments, and practical evaluations
- Certificates remain the property of Jossoor and may be revoked for violation of these Terms
- We are not responsible for third-party acceptance or recognition of certificates
Payment Terms
Pricing and Fees
- All prices are stated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change without notice; enrolled courses are charged at the rate confirmed at enrollment

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Administrative fee for cancellations: 500 EGP or 5% of course fee (whichever is less)
- Substitution of participants is permitted without penalty (subject to prerequisite requirements)
- Transfer to another course date is permitted once at no charge (subject to availability)
- E-learning subscriptions are non-refundable after access has been granted
- Corporate contracts may have different terms specified in the Order Form
By Jossoor
If we cancel or postpone a course:
- Full refund of all fees paid, or
- Transfer to an alternative course date at no additional charge, or
- Credit note for future services
- We are not liable for any indirect costs (travel, accommodation, etc.)
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the exclusive property of Jossoor Technology & Training or our licensors. This includes:
